Termination Notice for Change of Control. In the event of an occurrence of Change of Control (as defined above), Employee shall have the right for a 30 day period upon becoming aware of the Change of Control to notify the Company of Employee's intention to terminate this Agreement based on this occurrence by sending a the Board a Notice of Disputed Change of Control. Unless the Board formally responds to the Notice of Disputed Change in Control with an offer to address the Employee's concerns by amending this Agreement in two weeks from its receipt, Employee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by sending a Notice of Termination for Change of Control to that effect no earlier than the latest date by which the Company could still object or cure the Notice of Disputed Change of Control but no later than sixty (60) days from the Company’s receipt of the Notice of Disputed Change of Control
