TERMINATION O R MODIFICATIONAND RENEGOTIATION. A. This Agreement shall remain in effect until April 12, 2 022 2024, unless it is found to be unenforceable or is ordered terminated by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction. T hereafter, eitherEither the Guild or the Agent shall have the right to terminate and propose modifications to the Agreement by serving written notice on the other party at least 90 days prior to the termination date. If neither party serves timely notice of termination, the Agreement will automatically be extended for additional one-year periods, subject to the right of either party to serve a notice of termination at least 90 days prior to the termination date then in effect. B. Agent shall have the right to terminate its obligations under this Agreement upon written notice to Guild. Agent’s termination shall be effective 90 days after its service of such notice.
