Termination of a Plan Provider Contract. 1. Blue Shield shall provide written notice to the Employer within a reasonable period of time of any termination or breach of Contract of a Plan Provider if such termination or breach may materially affect the Employer or its Subscribers. 2. Upon termination of a Plan Provider Contract, Blue Shield shall be liable for Benefits rendered by such provider to an eligible Member (other than for Copayments) until the authorized Services being rendered to the Member by the former Plan Provider are completed, unless Blue Shield makes reasonable and medically appropriate provision for the assumption of such Benefits by another Plan Provider.
