Common use of Termination of a Subcustodian Clause in Contracts

Termination of a Subcustodian. The Custodian may, at any time in its discretion upon notification to the appropriate Fund(s), terminate any Subcustodian of such Fund(s) in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement, and upon the receipt of Special Instructions, the Custodian will terminate any Subcustodian in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement.

Termination of a Subcustodian. The Custodian may, at any time in its discretion upon notification to the appropriate Fund(s), terminate any Subcustodian of such Fund(s) in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement, and upon the receipt of Special Instructions, the Custodian will shall terminate any Subcustodian in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement.

The Custodian or Domestic Subcustodian may, at any time in its discretion upon notification to the appropriate Fund(s), terminate any Subcustodian of such Fund(s) in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement, and upon the receipt of Special Instructions, the Custodian will or Domestic Subcustodian shall terminate any Subcustodian in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement.

The Custodian may, at any time in its reasonable discretion upon prior written notification to the appropriate Fund(s), terminate any Subcustodian of such Fund(s) in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement, and upon the receipt of Special Instructions, the Custodian will shall terminate any Subcustodian in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement.

The Custodian maywill, upon the receipt of special instructions or at any time in its discretion upon ten (10) days' notification to the appropriate Fund(s), terminate any Subcustodian of such Fund(s) in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement, and upon the receipt of Special Instructions, the Custodian will terminate any Subcustodian in accordance with the termination provisions under the applicable subcustodian agreement.
