Common use of Termination of a Task Order (TO) Clause in Contracts

Termination of a Task Order (TO). β€Œ The Judicial Council reserves the right to cancel or terminate at any time for its convenience, for any reason or for no reason, any TO whether previously issued or not. The Judicial Council shall give Contractor written Notice at least twenty-four (24) hours before the effective date of such termination. The Judicial Council will pay the Contractor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, for all Work properly performed for the TO up to the effective date of the cancellation/termination.
