Common use of Termination of Agency Clause in Contracts

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents in accordance with their terms, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor each of the Agents of all Leased Property and each of the Items of Equipment Administrative Agent’s and other Lessee the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Site and the final distribution by Agent each of the Agents of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents in accordance with their terms; provided, provided that at such time the Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of Units, the Items of Equipment Lessee Collateral and other Lessee the Lessor Collateral and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their terms; provided, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Agent Lessor of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by the Administrative Agent of all monies moneys or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their its terms, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Lessor Collateral and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the LSI Trust No. 2001-A Participation Agreement Operative Documents in accordance with their terms; provided, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereofthereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral Sites and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease and Loan Agreement in accordance with their respective terms, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Administrative Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by Administrative Agent of all monies moneys or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their its terms, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral Mortgaged Property at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their terms; PROVIDED, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents this Lease in accordance with their termsArticle XXVIII, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral Mortgaged Property at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their terms; provided, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

Termination of Agency. The agency created hereby shall terminate upon the final disposition by Lessor Agent of all of the Items of Equipment and other Lessee Collateral at any time subject hereto and the final distribution by Agent of all monies or other property or proceeds received pursuant to the Operative Documents Lease in accordance with their terms; provided, provided that at such time Lessee shall have complied fully with all the terms hereof.

S10 Compensation of Agency. Lessees shall pay Agent its reasonable fees, costs and expenses for the performance of Agent's obligations hereunder, in accordance with the terms of the Fee Letter.
