The Executive ----------------------------------------------------- may terminate this Agreement and the Executive's employment hereunder at any time in the event such termination constitutes Termination By Executive For Good Reason, upon giving written notice to the Company specifying in reasonable detail: (1) the event which constitutes the good reason; (2) the pertinent facts and circumstances underling the good reason; and (3) the effective date of termination (not to exceed ninety {90} days from the date of such notice, but which date may, at the Executive's election, be effective upon receipt of said written notice by the Company).
