Termination of Agreement by the Owner. The owner may on giving to the Railway one month‟s notice in writing terminate this Agreement and such notice shall be sufficiently served if sent by registered post to the Chief Electrical Engineer/Divisional Railway Manager / Divisional Railway Manager(Electrical) of the Railway or left at his office.
