Common use of Termination of Agreement for Convenience Clause in Contracts

Termination of Agreement for Convenience. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, either Add-on or Consultant may terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience provided that either such party delivers to the other written notice of its intention to do so at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to the effective date of termination.
