Termination of Agreement; Return of Funds. In the event that, for any reason, this Agreement is rejected in its entirety by the Company or the Guarantor, this Agreement shall be null and void and of no further force and effect, and no party shall have any rights against any other party hereunder. In the event that the Company or the Guarantor rejects this Agreement, the Company shall promptly return or cause to be returned to Subscriber any money tendered hereunder without interest or deduction.
