Termination of Agreement upon Termination of Employment. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2.2 and 2.3, Executive and Employer agree this Agreement shall automatically terminate along with all of Executive’s interests herein and further agree that no benefits pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable by Employer to Executive’s beneficiaries in the event of Executive’s Termination of Employment.
