Termination of all Rights and Obligations under the Series 2003-2 Supplement. The obligation of each holder of notes issued under the Series 2003-2 Supplement to fund advances shall have been terminated; all amounts owing to each such Series 2003-2 Noteholder shall have been paid in full; and each such Series 2003-2 Noteholder shall have surrendered its note to the Indenture Trustee; and the Series 2003-2 Policy shall have been surrendered to the Series Enhancer.
