TERMINATION OF AN EXISTING CONTRACT. Termination of a contract of a bargaining unit member shall be in accordance with ORC Section 3319.16 and related statutory provisions. The release of an employee pursuant to ORC Section 3319.39 shall be governed by the provisions of that statute.
