Common use of Termination of Borrower’s Obligations under the Existing Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Termination of Borrower’s Obligations under the Existing Credit Facility. The Agents shall have received reasonably satisfactory evidence that the Borrower’s obligations with respect to the Existing Credit Facility have been terminated and released (other than those obligations which expressly survive termination of the Existing Credit Facility) and arrangements satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have been made for the termination of all guarantees, Liens and security interests granted in connection therewith.
