Termination of Buy-Sell Agreement. Effective upon the Effective Date, the Buy-Sell Agreement, dated as of March 14, 2008 (the “Buy-Sell Agreement”), by and among Zabeel Investments, Zabeel LLC, Xxxxxx Xxxx F&B, Xxxxxx Xxxx Nightlife, Xxxxxx Xxxx Hospitality, TEJ Management, LLC, Galts Gulch Holding Company LLC, Veranda Holdings, LLC, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxx is hereby terminated in its entirety and shall be of no further force or effect, and no party thereto shall have any rights or remedies or liabilities or obligations of any kind thereunder.
Termination of Buy-Sell Agreement. A duly executed termination of any agreement between or among the Company and/or Sellers which purports to restrict or affect the sale or transfer of the Stock.
Termination of Buy-Sell Agreement. The SPAR Principals shall have amended the Buy-Sell Agreement to terminate its applicability to the stock of any SPAR Party.
