Termination of Co-Promotion Participation. In addition to its termination right under Section 8, at the end of any Calendar Quarter, Enanta shall have the right, exercisable upon three (3) Calendar Quarters prior written notice (the “Co-Promotion Termination Notice Period”) to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, to terminate its Co-Promotion of any Co-Promoted Product.
