Common use of Termination of Commitments under Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Commitments under Existing Credit Agreement. The Borrower has given, or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement is giving, to the administrative agent under the Existing Credit Agreement, notice of the termination of commitments of the lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement, so that such commitments terminate on the Closing Date. Execution of this Agreement by Lenders who are lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement shall constitute a waiver of the notice provisions in Section 2.05 of the Existing Credit Agreement that would otherwise be applicable to such termination, and the administrative agent under the Existing Credit Agreement may rely on this Section 10.18.
