Common use of Termination of Company’s Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Company’s Obligation. If at any time within the 24 month period following termination of Employee's employment without Cause by Company pursuant to Section 6.4(iv) or termination by Employee for Good Reason pursuant to Section 6.4(iii) of this Agreement, Employee breaches any of his obligations under Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of this Agreement, then Company's obligation to make payments under Section 6.5(iii) shall cease as of the date such breach occurs.

If at any time within the 24 month period following termination of Employee's employment without Cause by Company pursuant to Section 6.4(iv) 5.1 of this Agreement or termination by Employee for Good Reason pursuant to Section 6.4(iii) 5.3 of this Agreement, Employee breaches any of his obligations under Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 11 and 12 of this Agreement, then Company's obligation to make payments under Section 6.5(iiiSections 5.4 (ii) or 5.6 (ii) of this Agreement shall cease as of the date such breach occurs.
