Termination of Construction. (a) Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Company shall have the right at any time to terminate the construction of the Facilities, in whole, if the Company shall have determined that the continued construction or operation of the Facilities, in whole, is impracticable, uneconomical or undesirable for any reason.
