Termination of Contract and Continuing Obligations in respect of Relinquished Area. (a) This Contract shall terminate in respect of a part of the Contract Area which is relinquished. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, Section 2.6 applies correspondingly in cases of relinquishment of all or a part of the Contract Area.
