Common use of Termination of Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Termination of Credit Facility. Section 2.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "March 31, 2002" contained in said Section and by substituting therefore a reference to "June 30, 2002."

Section 8.16 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
