Termination of DA Program Clause Samples

Termination of DA Program. The DA Program shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of five (5) Contract Years, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Section or in Article 14 below. Solvay Duphar may terminate the DA Program at its discretion upon six (6) months written notice to ArQule together with payment, as final settlement, in the amount of * percent * of the annual research payment for the Contract Year in which such notice was given, as described in Section 4.3. Termination of the DA Program shall have no effect on the continuation of the SA Program.
