TERMINATION OF DEFERRED COMPENSATION PAYMENTS AND FORFEITURE OF RIGHTS. The Deferred Compensation Payments will cease immediately upon the occurrence of any of the events listed below in this Section 3 and all of the Director's rights and entitlements under this Agreement will be forfeited.
