Termination of Demand Note and/or Demand Note Guarantee. All rights to notice, consent or waiver of the Demand Note Provider or the Demand Note Guarantor, as applicable, under this Agreement shall cease to be effective upon payment in full of all amounts due and owing to the Demand Note Provider and the Demand Note Guarantor hereunder and termination of the Demand Note or Demand Note Guarantee, as applicable, in accordance with its terms.
