Termination of Employee Because of Employee's Disability, Injury or Illness. The Employer shall have the right to terminate Employee’s employment if Employee is unable to perform the duties assigned to him by the Employer because of Employee’s disability, injury or illness, provided however, such inability must have existed for a total of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days before such termination can be made effective. Any compensation Employee receives under any disability benefit plan provided by Employer during any period of disability, injury or illness shall be in lieu of the compensation which Employee would otherwise receive under Article Two during such period of disability, injury or sickness.
