TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AT OR AFTER NORMAL RETIREMENT AGE. Should Participant become an Eligible Participant and subsequently terminate service with the Employer (for whatever reason) at or after Normal Retirement Age, he (or, if appropriate, his Beneficiary) will be entitled to the Normal Retirement Benefit, payable at his election in either of the following forms. Should Participant fail to specifically elect a form of benefit payment, a Lump Sum Distribution will be made to the Participant (or, if appropriate, to his Beneficiary).
