Termination of Employment by LSU. LSU will timely file a layoff plan (the “Layoff Plan”) with the Louisiana Civil Service Commission that will provide for the layoff or transition of certain Hospital employees, subject to the approval of the Louisiana Civil Service Commission, as of 11:59 p.m. on the day before the Commencement Date.

Termination of Employment by LSU. Subsequent to the execution of this CEA by all Parties, LSU will timely file a layoff plan (the “"Layoff Plan”") with the Louisiana Civil Service Commission that will provide for the layoff or transition of certain LSU’s Hospital employees ("LSU Personnel") to be laid off as LSU employees, subject to the approval of the Louisiana Civil Service Commission, as of 11:59 11:59:59 p.m. on the day before the Commencement Date.
