TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT BY YOU. During probation, you are required to give the company at least one calendar months’ notice in writing. Post confirmation, you are required to give the company a minimum of 2 months’ notice in writing. Where notice period as per terms of employment is not served, pay in lieu of notice period would be reduced from the final settlement dues to the employee. Upon immediate termination of employment by you, you will have to compensate by paying up to an amount equal to 2 month’s salary to the Company in lieu of the notice period.
