Termination of Employment Due to a Redundant Position. 35.3.1 The employer may terminate an employee’s employment in accordance with this clause if the position held by the employee is redundant. 35.3.2 The employer is required to provide the employee of notice of termination of employment as provided for in clause 33. 35.3.3 During the notice period an employee will be allowed, at a time agreed with the employer, up to one shift off without loss of pay during each week of notice for the purpose of seeking other employment.
