Termination of Employment Due to Executive’s Death. If Executive’s employment with the Company terminates due to death, the Company shall pay to the estate of Executive such compensation as would otherwise have been payable to Executive (and any expense reimbursements for expenses incurred) up to the date of his death. Other than the obligations set forth in this Section 4(a), the Company shall have no additional financial obligation under this Agreement to Executive or his estate.
