Termination of Employment Events. Employee’s employment with the Company is at-will. Employee’s employment with the Company will terminate immediately upon: (a) The date of Employee’s receipt of written notice from the Company of the termination of Employee’s employment (or any later date specified in such written notice from the Company); (b) Employee’s abandonment of Employee’s employment or the effective date of Employee’s resignation for Good Reason (as defined below) or any other reason (as specified in written notice from Employee); (c) Employee’s Disability (as defined below); or (d) Employee’s death.
