Common use of Termination of Employment Events Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment Events. Employee’s employment with the Company will terminate upon: (a) The date of Employee’s receipt of written notice from the Company of the termination of Employee’s employment (or any later date specified in such written notice from the Company); (b) The effective date of Employee’s resignation for Good Reason or any other reason (as specified in written notice from Employee); or (c) Employee’s death.

Termination of Employment Events. Employee’s employment with the Company Corporation is at-will.
