Common use of Termination of Employment for Any Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment for Any Reason. The following payments will be paid to Executive upon Executive’s termination of employment for any reason: (i) Earned but unpaid Base Salary through the date of termination; (ii) Any annual incentive plan bonus, or other form of incentive compensation, for which the performance measurement period has ended, but which is unpaid at the time of termination; (iii) Any accrued but unpaid vacation and unused sick days; (iv) Unreimbursed business expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of Conn’s.

Termination of Employment for Any Reason. The following payments will be paid to Executive made upon Executive’s termination of employment for any reason: (iA) Earned but unpaid Base Annual Salary through the date of termination;. (iiB) Any annual incentive plan bonus, or Bonus and all other form forms of incentive compensation, compensation earned but unpaid at the time of termination for which the performance measurement period has ended, but which is unpaid at ended and the time of termination;performance goals attained (if applicable). (iiiC) Any accrued Accrued but unpaid vacation and unused sick days;vacation. (ivD) Amounts payable under any of the Company’s employee benefit plans in accordance with the terms of those plans. (E) Unreimbursed business expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of Conn’sthe Company’s behalf.

The following payments will shall be paid to Executive made upon the Executive’s termination of employment for any reason: (ia) Earned any earned but unpaid Base Salary through the date of termination; (iib) Any annual incentive plan bonus, or other form of incentive compensationany earned Bonus, for which the performance measurement period has ended, but which is unpaid at as of the time date of termination; (iiic) Any any accrued but unpaid vacation and unused sick days;vacation; and (ivd) Unreimbursed any unreimbursed business expenses incurred and submitted by the Executive on behalf of Conn’sin accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 4.6.
