Termination of Employment for Other Reasons. If the Grantee’s employment is terminated by the Company or by the Grantee under circumstances other than those outlined above in Sections 2.2 and 2.3, the outstanding unvested RSUs shall immediately be forfeited as of the Date of Termination.

Termination of Employment for Other Reasons. If the Grantee’s employment is terminated by the Company as a result of Disability, or by the Grantee under circumstances other than those outlined above in Sections 2.2 and 2.3voluntarily terminates his or her employment (except for Good Reason or upon Retirement), the outstanding unvested RSUs shall immediately be forfeited as of the Date date of Terminationtermination of employment.

If the Grantee’s employment is terminated by the Company or by the Grantee under circumstances prior to the Vesting Date for any reason other than those outlined above as set forth in Sections 2.2 and 2.3, the outstanding unvested RSUs shall immediately be forfeited as of the Date of Termination.

If the Grantee’s Grantee voluntarily terminates his or her employment is terminated by the Company (except for Good Reason or by the Grantee upon Retirement under circumstances other than those outlined above in Sections 2.2 and 2.32.4 or 2.5), the outstanding unvested RSUs shall immediately be forfeited as of the Date date of Terminationtermination of employment.
