Termination of Employment for Other Reasons. The above severance benefits in this Section 8 shall not be paid or provided in the event of the termination of Employee’s employment due to Employee’s death, disability or resignation (other than a resignation by Employee for Good Reason in a change-of-control under Section 8(b) above), or the termination of his employment by ServiceSource or its successor for Cause (as defined in Section 8(c) above).
