Termination of Employment Prior to Executive Becoming Eligible. In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company shall be terminated for any reason prior to Executive’s becoming Eligible, it is hereby agreed that the Company shall have no obligation under this Agreement of any nature whatsoever and that Executive’s rights and the rights of his beneficiary or beneficiaries hereunder shall be completely and totally forfeited.
