TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT PRIOR TO NORMAL RETIREMENT AGE DUE TO DEATH OR DISABILITY. Should Participant, before or after becoming an Eligible Participant, terminate service with the Employer prior to Normal Retirement Age because of death or disability, he will be entitled to the Normal Retirement Benefit following termination of employment, payable in one of the distribution forms described in Sections 2.7(a) and (b) of the Agreement.
