The Officer's employment shall terminate upon the Officer's death, Disability or Retirement during the Employment Period and the obligations of the Company upon such termination shall be limited to those benefits provided by the Plans at the Date of Termination, except as specifically set forth herein or in the Stock Unit Agreement.
