Common use of Termination of Employment upon Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment upon Disability. If Executive's employment is terminated due to his Disability, Executive shall be entitled to receive only the Base Salary to which he was entitled through the date of termination due to Disability, any unpaid bonus or incentive compensation (calculated on a pro rata basis) due to Executive with respect to the calendar year prior and the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs, and such other benefits as may be available to Executive through ISG's benefit plans and policies.
