Common use of Termination of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Termination of Escrow. The escrow provided for hereunder shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) upon the mutual written consent of Regency and HEP (written notice of which shall be given to Escrow Agent); or (b) upon the later of (i) the disbursement of all of the Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and (ii) the disbursement of all of the Diamond Y Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement.

Termination of Escrow. The escrow provided for hereunder shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) upon Upon the mutual written consent of Regency Acquirer and HEP Contributor (written notice of which shall be given to Escrow Agent); or (b) upon the later of (i) Upon the disbursement of all of the Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and (ii) the disbursement of all of the Diamond Y Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement.

Termination of Escrow. Termination of Escrow. The escrow provided for hereunder shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) upon Upon the mutual written consent of Regency Parent and HEP the Stockholder Representatives (written notice of which shall be given to the Escrow Agent); or (b) upon the later of (i) Upon the disbursement of all of the Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and (ii) the disbursement of all of the Diamond Y Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 5 of this Agreement.

Termination of Escrow. The escrow provided for hereunder shall terminate terminate, and this Agreement shall expire and terminate, upon the earlier to occur of the following: (ai) upon the mutual written consent of Regency REIT and HEP WAS I (written notice of which shall be given jointly to the Escrow Agent); or or (bii) upon the later of (i) the disbursement of all of the Escrow Amount Funds pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and (ii) the disbursement of all of the Diamond Y Escrow Amount pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement8.

Termination of Escrow.
