Termination of Exchange Act Fillings with Respect to the Trust. On or prior to January 30th of the first year in which the Depositor shall provide notice to the Certificate Administrator of its ability under applicable law, to suspend its Exchange Act filings with respect to the Trust, the Certificate Administrator shall prepare and file a Form 15 Suspension Notification relating to the automatic suspension of reporting in respect of the Trust under the Exchange Act or any other form necessary to be filed with the Commission to suspend such reporting obligations. With respect to any reporting period occurring after the filing of such form, the obligations of the parties to this Agreement under Section 10.04, Section 10.05 and Section 10.07, solely insofar as they relate to the Trust, shall be suspended. The Certificate Administrator shall provide prompt notice to the Mortgage Loan Sellers and all other parties hereto that such form has been filed. If, after the filing of a Form 15 Suspension Notification or other applicable form, the Depositor shall provide notice to the Certificate Administrator that it is required to resume its Exchange Act filings with respect to the Trust, the Certificate Administrator shall recommence preparing and filing reports on Forms 10-K, 10-D and 8-K with respect to the Trust as required pursuant to Section 10.04, Section 10.05 and Section 10.07, and all parties’ obligations under this Article X shall recommence.
