Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby terminated except for such provisions, if any, that are specified in the Existing Credit Agreement as surviving the termination thereof, which provisions shall as so specified, survive and remain in full force and effect.
