Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. All Indebtedness outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been repaid or concurrently repaid with the proceeds of the Loans on the Closing Date, together with all interest thereon and other amounts owing in respect thereof, all commitments thereunder shall have been cancelled and such agreement shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. All Confirmation that all Indebtedness outstanding of, and accrued and unpaid fees and all other amounts owing by, the Borrower under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been will be repaid in full and the commitments thereunder will be terminated, in each case, on or concurrently repaid with the proceeds of the Loans on prior to the Closing Date, together with all interest thereon and other amounts owing in respect thereof, all commitments thereunder shall have been cancelled and such agreement shall have been terminated.

All Indebtedness and other amounts outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been repaid been, or concurrently repaid substantially simultaneously with the proceeds of initial borrowing hereunder shall be, repaid in full and the Loans on the Closing Date, together with all interest thereon and other amounts owing in respect thereof, all commitments thereunder terminated, and the security interests relating thereto shall have been cancelled and such agreement shall have been terminatedterminated or released pursuant to customary termination agreements.

All After giving effect to the initial Loans to be made hereunder and the issuance of the Senior Notes, all Indebtedness outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been repaid or concurrently repaid with the proceeds of the Loans on the Closing Date, together with all interest thereon and other amounts owing repurchased in respect thereoffull, all commitments thereunder shall have been cancelled and such agreement relating thereto shall have been terminated, and all Liens related thereto shall have been terminated or released.
