Termination of existing services. If you terminate an agreement you have with another card processing service provider to use our services instead, we may agree to reimburse the amount of any termination fee (up to £3,000) that you are legally obliged to pay them. If you would like us to do that, you must tell us and give us evidence that a termination fee was demanded and paid, within 4 months of the date on which you start using our services. We will never be responsible for your failure to terminate an existing agreement or for any liability you may incur as a result of terminating it (except any reimbursement of a termination fee we agree to make).
