Termination of Expense Reimbursement Provisions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any predecessor to this Agreement, Amundi Pioneer agrees that it shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses that Amundi Pioneer or Amundi Pioneer Distributor has waived or limited.
