Common use of Termination of Franchise Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Franchise Agreement. If not already terminated or expired, any franchise and operating agreement between the Municipality and FortisBC is terminated upon the effective date of this Agreement as referred to in section 15.2 of this Agreement.
