Termination of Ground Lease Term. The Ground Lease Term shall terminate upon the first to occur of any of the following events: (a) The expiration of the Ground Lease Term as provided in Section 4.1 hereof; or (b) The conveyance of the Series 2024 Project to the Board under the provisions of Section 12.1 of the Master Lease.
