Common use of Termination of Ground Lease Clause in Contracts

Upon receipt by Brazos of the purchase price payable in connection with any sale or purchase of any Property under this ARTICLE XI, together with all additional payments required under SECTION 11.5 with respect to such Property, this Ground Lease shall terminate with respect to such Property.
