Common use of Termination of Individual Membership Clause in Contracts

Termination of Individual Membership. Any member Party may terminate its participation in this Agreement by giving written notice to the District Board not less than thirty (30) days before the start of the fiscal year, which termination shall be effective only on the beginning of the fiscal year immediately following the one in which notice of termination was given, and thereby dissolve the District.
