Common use of Termination of Individual Services Clause in Contracts

Termination of Individual Services. Each of the individual services described on the Schedules hereto has a separate term which, in respect of some services, includes a right of extension. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to the following sentence, the obligation of a Provider to provide a service will terminate upon the expiration of the term of such service. Effective between the respective Provider and Recipient, a Recipient may terminate at any time during the Term any individual service provided under this Services Agreement on a service-by-service basis (and/or location-by-location basis where an individual service is provided to multiple locations of a Recipient) upon written notice to the Provider identifying the particular service (or location) to be terminated and the effective date of termination, which date shall not be less than 30 days after receipt of such notice unless the Provider otherwise agrees. Effective upon the termination of any service, an appropriate reduction will be made in the fees charged to such Recipient.
